Airport Transfers Your Finance Team Will Not Query

Corporate travel goes wrong in predictable ways: a driver who does not arrive, a fare that varies for the same trip, and an expense claim nobody can reconcile. Fixed pricing removes the last two, and pre booking removes the first.

Every trip is quoted before it is taken, so the amount on the invoice is the amount that was agreed. The same route costs the same in Friday peak as it does on a Sunday morning.

How Accounts Work

  • Monthly invoicing. One invoice covering every trip, rather than staff filing individual claims.
  • Cabcharge accepted. Cards, digital passes and eTickets, if your organisation already runs on it.
  • Cost centre references. Add a reference when booking and it appears against the trip on your invoice.
  • Multiple bookers. Several people in your organisation can book against the same account.

Client Pickups

For visitors arriving from interstate or overseas, add meet and greet for $35. The driver waits inside the terminal with a name sign for up to an hour and helps with bags, rather than leaving a client to find the rank alone after a long flight.

Silver Service adds $11 for a newer vehicle and a more experienced driver, which is the booking most companies make when the passenger is a client rather than a colleague.

Corporate Travel We Cover

Most business bookings are one of six kinds of trip. Each is booked the same way and charged to the same account.

Hotel Transfers

CBD, Southbank and Docklands hotels and the airport hotels at Tullamarine, to and from the terminal or the office.

Business Meetings

Door to door between offices on Collins Street, St Kilda Road and in Docklands, booked ahead so nobody is waiting on an app.

CBD Office Transfers

Office to the airport and back on the company account, usually $57 to $71 in a sedan from the CBD.

Conference and Event Transfers

Delegates moved between hotels, the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC) at South Wharf, Melbourne Park and the airport.

Client and Executive Pickups

Meet and greet inside the terminal for $35, with a name sign and help with bags.

Interstate and International Delegates

Domestic and international flights tracked at no extra cost, and a maxi seating up to 11 when a group lands together.

For a day of back to back meetings, hourly taxi hire for corporate days keeps one car and one driver with you from the first meeting to the last, on the same monthly invoice.

Can our business get monthly invoicing for taxi trips?
Yes. Every trip is quoted before it is taken, and billed on a monthly invoice your finance team can reconcile against a fixed amount.
Do you accept Cabcharge for corporate accounts?
Yes, Cabcharge cards, digital passes and eTickets are accepted alongside monthly invoiced corporate accounts.
Is there a minimum spend or a fee to open an account?
No. There is no minimum monthly spend and no joining fee. If your volume is too low for an account to be worth it, we will tell you, and your staff can simply book and pay as they go.
How do we open a corporate account?

What are the payment terms on the monthly invoice?
Payment terms are agreed with you when the account is opened, so they can line up with your accounts payable cycle.
Can several people in our organisation book on one account?
Yes. Several bookers can use the same account, and any cost centre reference added at booking appears against that trip on the invoice, so each trip can be matched to the right team or project.
Are your drivers vetted?
Every driver holds a current Victorian commercial passenger vehicle driver accreditation. Safe Transport Victoria only issues it after criminal history and driving record checks, and the vehicle is licensed for hire and reward.
What happens if a client's flight is delayed?
Add the flight number when you book and we track it. The driver works to the actual landing time, and you are not charged waiting time for a delay outside your control.
Can you move a group of delegates for a conference?
Yes. Book a car for each arrival or departure, or a maxi taxi seating up to 11 when a group travels together, and send us the names and times so each car is matched to the right person.
How do we change or cancel a corporate booking?
Call us and quote the booking reference from the confirmation email. There is no cancellation fee if you give us reasonable notice.

Burwood to Airport return I always have excellent service from Prahb and Sherry’s team. They are friendly and reliable service, especially early morning trips. I don't have to worry about services cancelling like some ride sharing services. The cars they use are always impeccable clean and the ride is comfortable.
